I HAVE A CORPORATE CV, CAN I APPLY WITH THAT?
If you have an existing CV, we will use it as a source for a full redesign and optimization, which we highly recommend if you are to find a work from home opportunity. IS DESK TO REMOTE A LOCAL OR INTERNATIONAL AGENCY?
Desk To Remote is based in Cape Town, South Africa but has experience with remote workers from across the globe - therefore we cater to both the local and international market.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
For South Africans, we offer typical local payment methods such as EFTs. For international applicants, we offer PayPal, but depending on the location we can accept an international wire.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO THIS AND I DON'T GET HIRED?
Due to the nature of the business, we cannot guarantee any outcomes of this process. However, if we are unable to help you land a remote job, you will be eligible to receive a free shortlist of courses personalized to your industry that will increase your value as a remote worker. We'll also offer you a return discount if you finish a course and make use of our services again.
WITH CV AND COVER LETTER REDESIGN, WHICH DOCUMENT FORMATS DO I RECEIVE?
We can provide cover letters in various formats, but our standard is to provide the CV in PDF format. This is because we use licensed, third-party software with design elements that are proprietary. We can provide a different format, but without the design elements included in the PDF version.
